A great place to work workout and learn karate. Sensei Kenny is one of the best. They also have classes for women who want to learn self-defense. Goju is an amazing experience the atmosphere the instructors it's wonderful I'd get a lifetime membership if I could and I'm constantly seeing results as long as I stay dedicated I see the results I have been looking for all my life... more

Good gym, good hours. There will be high school bros everywhere, but it's pretty manageable here. Lots of equipment in good condition, so rarely a wait when waiting for weights.. Services and experiences are fantastic, but billing management is especially poor.... more
