A great place to work workout and learn karate. Sensei Kenny is one of the best. They also have classes for women who want to learn self-defense.I love Goju Training Center. They offer many classes that are flexible with work schedules.... more

Good gym, good hours. There will be high school bros everywhere, but it's pretty manageable here. Lots of equipment in good condition, so rarely a wait when waiting for weights..Services and experiences are fantastic, but billing management is especially poor.... more

Had a great work out. The only concern was everyone had to use spray bottles to clean machines. Please go back to the wipes!!!.If you're looking for cardio this is the place to be.... more
