This gym is awesome. No matter how packed the parking lot is, the gym is always fine. A good amount of traffic and you rarely wait for a machine. Almost feel bad about leaving a good review I don't want this place to get too full hahah
Terrible experience with their fraud billing department, basically organized crime. Signed up for a month to month contract, paid large sign up fee so that I have low monthly rate, each year that fee would go up but I didn't bother but then they started to get carried away and started charging more and more until it was more than twice I was supposed pay... Talked to the manager who assured me they will lower the rate to normal next month - of course no way of course they'll refund you anything ! Next month again I'm being overcharged, at this point filled a claim with my bank to bring the rate to what it should be, couple weeks later I get a letter from the bank saying the claim was denied and paperwork to prove why, turns out NYSC sent a copy of FALSIFIED agreement that states that I was paying this rate all along ! UNBELIEVABLE ! Now they're constantly calling me to make a payment and threatening with collections ! They'll do anything to rip you off ! Stay away !
Good environment a lot of great machines choose from I really enjoy my workout there
This is a fun sports club with plenty of activities and classes with many appropriate for seniors. The equipment needs updating and it looks like the management is slowly renovating. There is a lap pool ample free parking.

The staff gets 5 stars, but the gym itself needs a lot of help. Maintenance has gone down hill since joing around 4 years ago... The locker room has been missing doors on multiple lockers for a year+ I keep hearing from the manager that they are "coming in". Some of the benches are missing parts i.e pina for the benches and seats are missing bolts so they are wobbly, brought this to the managers attention also. Ceiling tiles still have water stains in them also. All of these and my membership has gone up due to updating equipment. The only equipment that has been updated are the spin bikes.. that's great, but those are for select members who like cycling, what happens to any upgrades on the rest of the equipment? I'd appreciate if someone can look into these items.
Based on my first two visits this place seems very accommodating. The front desk gal was patient & answered all my questions. Place seemed clean and not very crowded at 11AM or 3 PM. Men's locker room was clean and plenty of soap in the showers. About 5 of us were doing laps in the pool. Met Greg the assistant manager who showed me around.

Quality gym, could have better teen policies, also cleaning service could be more aware of not cleaning under me during sets

Why when we open a NYSC member it's like 123 easy and quick. And why if we want to cancel a membership we have to keep showing up and calling just to see who can cancel our membership ship. Why it's so difficult to cancel a membership with you guys??.
You give your members a good reason to not to come back.

Joined this gym for the pool from recovering from an injury. Been here for about 7 months now. Pros: clean, towel service, pool, lots of variety in terms of equipment, nice staff (mostly) Cons: expensive membership, group classes are at odd times, some broken machines, personal trainers are helpful but probably expensive, cardio/lifting machines could use updating. Overall i give it 4 stars. Could be 5 with renovation.

Anti hygienic bathrooms and showers .
You can perceive a constant urine smell, toilets are rarely cleaned..I would definitely not recommend this facility to anyone, staff is very rude and obnoxious, courteous treatment will depend on your race or nationality,so be very aware of that...(preceded by current political events) ,some trainers do try to even out the tense atmosphere by being extra helpful,
new management needs to be hired and customer service training adapted, a cleaning crew as well.
Stay away from this place it's not worth your time or stress...not to mention save your hard earned money..

Great value club. Towels available. Clean locker room. All the equipment you could ask for. Many classes for people of all levels.
One of the largest NYSCs in the area, full range of cardiovascular equipment, free weights, selectorized and plenty of classes. Towel service is available. Parking is free.
One of my favorite New York Sports Club gyms! I'll give it a 5 star because it has a swimming pool :) I do wish that the gym is more flexible with temp/short-term memberships for frequent travelers. Gary and his team were about to help address my issue with constant traveling, but it will be so much easier if the gym just provides existing short-term packages instead of the members having to contact the staff every time we travel

I love this place. Couldn't of asked for a better gym. Wonderful n friendly staff who always calls u by your first name. They get to know their members and that goes a long way. Walking in and being acknowledged feels good. Knowing that they care is a big plus. Great facility with nice machines and weights that are always organized. Trainers will always answer your questions about tips on how to do exercises and have no issue sharing their advice and knowledge with you. Great management and leadership at this location. Allie and all her employees go above and beyond everyday for their members. Such positive and fun energy from all employees and this place has become my second home. I recommend this location to any new individual who wants to get fit and live a healthy lifestyle.
