So far so good! I just joined. A great personal training session with Sophie prompted this review. I have enjoyed so far how clean the gym is. Much better then 24 hour fitness. Very nice equipment. I am taking one star away for the pretty intense sales sell but yeah people are doing their jobs I get it. Karen is a riot!

Great gym with a comfortable atmosphere. No disruptive members, and very solid employees. Always feel welcome when I see Bret at the check-in desk!

It's a simple, but an effective gym with a great view of the New Haven Green. No frills or cutting edge equipment, but for me it's perfect. The gym has always been clean and never over crowded. If you are looking for a place to focus and reach your workout goals you can definitely do so here.

Silver Sneakers gets you in free if you are a Senior Citizen. Good trainers.

Good place to work out. The YMCA has a cool culture, and they are much more sophisticated nowadays. Not as hi tech as I'd like. But it's a nice relaxing place to work out. No loud music and craziness. And if you're driven and have the knowledge, there's enough in there to get it done.
