I have been going to this store for a little while now and I have to say that I will NEVER shop there again. I have bought a pair of leggings from them before and the quality was great so I bought another pair of leggings from them a week ago. They were defective, but I only noticed it after I wore them so they automatically did not let me even EXCHANGE them. After I told the woman how ridiculous it is that I paid over a hundred dollars for defective leggings, she then lets me exchange them but rips the tag off the new ones right there and says I can't do it again. Horrible customer service, policies, AND employees. I will definitely be finding somewhere else to buy my next pair of leggings.
I love Lululemon products but will not shop at the Danbury store anymore! I purchased a jacket ($118) for my daughter for Christmas and when I went to exchange the size in January they didn't have the same color. They pointed out the same exact item in different colors but said I would have to pay another $59 dollars for one of them since the color I had purchased was now on sale for $59. What?!?! I had the receipt and it was only 2 weeks after Christmas. I called the head quarters number and they said they never heard of such a policy-what store was I shopping at? Danbury! Yes, I too have spent thousands of dollars there but the Danbury store won't be getting another penny from me! The head quarters facility happily refunded me.

I have to say I am very disappointed with Lululemon. I have spent thousands of dollars in Lululemon stores from Washington DC, New York City to Danbury Ct. Lululemon is not a cheap store however i have been happy in the past with their clothes for not just me but also my wife. As a consumer you would expect honesty from a merchant. Yesterday i purchased over $500 dollars in clothes from the store in Danbury as a gift for my wife. I left and didn't look over my receipt of purchase. When i got home i noticed an item priced at $118 dollars. I looked at the description and saw it was a part of tights that were priced at $98. I immediately called the store and explained to them that they over changed me. The person on the phone said "oh that always happens, just come in with your receipt and we will do a return and purchase to correct it". I felt ripped off! I can't believe that they said that this happens often. I have shopped with them in the past and did not look at my receipt. So I wonder how many times the ripped me off in the past. This is an illegal activity that the better business bureaus should look into. That mistake would have cost me 20% more than the price on the item. I wonder how many other people are getting ripped off? The Attorney General should go after these vendors who quietly steal from the unsuspecting consumers. This is just not right!!!!
