Fantastic community.. The first rule when learning how to teach yoga is to make sure nobody hurts themselves. Sarada caused me to tear my shoulder after calling out in front of the whole class asking why I was not fully going in to a pose so out of embarrassment I pushed myself to do the pose.... more
The instructors are amazing.. Corepower makes it easy and fun to come workout, relax, de-stress, and sweat every day. Teachers at Fort Collins have taken the time to get to know me and my yoga practice, motivating me to try new poses and cheering me on each time I come to my mat.... more
