The gym is large and has tons of equipment which is nice. Unfortunately it seems wiping machines down is not enforced, it is usually pretty hot in the gym, and in turn it smells like a sweat lodge sometimes.... more

Awesome. Great staff, well knowledgeable and professional. One of the few if not only place in Colorado who offers Combat Sambo. If you don't know what that is Google it. Just think of Alex Taktarov one of the first UFC champions.... more
A small gym but they have all the equipment you need. A lot of free weights, dumbbells, benches, etc. Usually not too many people here and everyone seems nice. A place for serious lifters to workout in a good environment.... more
Really enjoy the environment and personal attention that each instructor gives. Been super helpful in correcting some posture issues. Even the classes more designed for seniors is great since you can go deeper into the poses.... more
