They have a wide variety of workout options from free weights to classes and pool, sauna, steam room, hydro massage, tanning, all kept spotlessly clean by a staff that is always friendly, happy to be there and working.... more
The gym is large and has tons of equipment which is nice. Unfortunately it seems wiping machines down is not enforced, it is usually pretty hot in the gym, and in turn it smells like a sweat lodge sometimes.... more

The experience in the gym was fine but the management is mediocre at best. I canceled my membership but kept getting charged for a buddy pass. I don't comb my accounts for fraudulent charges so it took a few months to notice.... more
A small gym but they have all the equipment you need. A lot of free weights, dumbbells, benches, etc. Usually not too many people here and everyone seems nice. A place for serious lifters to workout in a good environment.... more
Really enjoy the environment and personal attention that each instructor gives. Been super helpful in correcting some posture issues. Even the classes more designed for seniors is great since you can go deeper into the poses.... more
