Crystal is such an incredible vinyasa yoga instructor. Audrey's yin class yesterday was so unique and wonderful as well.. Audrey was amazing for warm vinyasa. She kept reminding us to do what was right for our bodies, so no pressure to perform.... more
This is my first time trying yoga in a studio. I've tried and failed at home quite a few times, and have been really nervous about attending a class since I have no idea what I'm doing! It is with regret that I now rate CPY as 2 star. I was a member of this studio for several years. I did my teacher training here. I have lots of reasons to be fond of these folks. In fact, I moved 1,400 miles to come to Colorado in part so that I could attend this studio and take yoga teacher training here.... more
