Crystal is such an incredible vinyasa yoga instructor. Audrey's yin class yesterday was so unique and wonderful as well.. Audrey was amazing for warm vinyasa. She kept reminding us to do what was right for our bodies, so no pressure to perform.... more
This is my first time trying yoga in a studio. I've tried and failed at home quite a few times, and have been really nervous about attending a class since I have no idea what I'm doing! I've been dealing with stress and depression lately, and figured now was a good time to give it a try! I've gone to 3 beginners classes, and absolutely love it! It is with regret that I now rate CPY as 2 star. I was a member of this studio for several years. I did my teacher training here. I have lots of reasons to be fond of these folks. In fact, I moved 1,400 miles to come to Colorado in part so that I could attend this studio and take yoga teacher training here.... more

Signed up for a 7:30 pm class here on google only to show up and be told that there is no 7:30 class only 6:30. Needless to say it was a waste of time. I was not mistaken as google synced this appointment to my calender.... more
Christine is an awesome instructor! The equipment is always clean and high quality. I've taken her pool and lake classes and both are challenging in different ways. I would recommend either to anyone who is looking for something fun and different in their yoga practice, or a new way to get out on the water.... more
