My wife and I have been members of this gym for a little over two years and could not be happier with their management, the front desk staff, the equipment, the wet area/locker room, the overall cleanliness of the gym, and the trainers! Everyone is just top notch, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and it truly has become like a home away from home! We have known one of the new owners since when we first joined and she might just be the friendliest person alive! She is the type of person you just look forward to being in the same room with and, oh well, it is just hard to explain! Kyle the manager has a great temperament and has had to reel me in on a couple of occasions so kudos to him.... more

Great place for a workout. Locker rooms are almost always clean.. Relaxed atmosphere and most machines easily available. Great classes including drop in. Vibrant senior center. Often many seniors in the exercise area.... more
I like the range of classes from kundalini yoga to pickle ball. Friendly nice place to work out.. If you want a club to get a swim workout don't go here. It's not unusual to have issues with the temperature of the outdoor pool and other maintenance issues such as chlorine level and cleanliness of the pool.... more
