I did personal kickboxing training with Kimberly the owner. All I can say is "worth every penny". She is good at what she does. She knows how to push you to get the most. She also mixes up the exercises to make the hour interesting.... more
The best place to workout in the area. Great facility and people.. Great people and awesome coaches. Doesn't matter your level of fitness, they will work with you. Small classes makes it easier to train and they take their time after classes if there's any movements you want to work on.... more
