Great people and awesome coaches. Doesn't matter your level of fitness, they will work with you. Small classes makes it easier to train and they take their time after classes if there's any movements you want to work on. Definitely will keep going back

Super friendly and clean gym. Good blend between challenging and fun. The programming seems well put together and I'm looking for a good few years with this gym. Conveniently located right outside of base, and offers military rates.
