I was a bit nervous first coming into the gym; I mean who isn't when you're trying something new. The whole staff is so welcoming, and all the members are willing to help and laugh along with you if you make any mistakes. A great community. Shout-out to coach Alex who constantly has tons of energy ( even at 5:30am classes) and Coach Alicia for raising the stakes in class. Though every coach and member deserves a shout out! What are ya waiting for?!?
Amazing workouts!!! The hour goes by so fast. The workouts are challenging but any level can do them. The instructors are great and encouraging. Would highly recommend.
This place is honestly such a scam. I bought a groupon and attended one class and decided it wasnt for me. They wouldn't give me a refund. Also, the coupon supposedly came with free boxing gloves and then they refused to give them to me unless I completed all the classes (even though they initially said we got them at the 2nd or 3rd class). The biggest kicker is that they ask if you have spousal approval to be there. What year is this again??? They act so nice until you tell them that it's not for you and then the facade falls. Also, I'm attaching screenshots after I tried to call them out.
If I could give this location a 0 I would. I purchased a Groupon deal before purchasing a membership. I called several times to speak with someone about the schedule. No one ever answers the phone. Also, I left a few voicemail messages. No one has ever returned my calls. Now I'm trying to get a refund from Groupon. I want my money back. I'd never patronize such a place. It'd be a cold day in hell before I patronize or recommend this place. The doors need to be shut. I mean how do one have a business and never answer the phone.

I miss ilkb it had the best trainers that i miss and who kept me motivated to keep going and push hard to my limit and to never give up they are amazing and awsome if i ever had a chance to go back i would its the best place to feel great about yourself and feel accomplished everyday and the great vibes just walking in the place with the trainers and people ilkb aurora we miss and love ya lots

I've only been there once and couldn't hang. But my wife goes 3x a week and loves it. Great instructors and a high energy environment.

So much fun, no pressure. Everyone from every fitness level can participate. Friendly competitions to keep you motivated. Down 25# since November, and still falling. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Pure Awesomeness! Love the workout! I have been doing this for 90 days! I have remained consistent and disciplined with healthy eating habits!! And have seen tremendous results!! Give it a try!! All you have to lose it weight and calories! The classes are filled with people of all shapes and sizes!!!
Staff is super friendly and helpful during the workouts. I feel welcome which is more than I can say about any gym. The workouts are awesome! They start you off with warmups that get that blood pumping and sweat dripping. Then you stretch and it's time for BAG ROUNDS!! My favorite part of class! Jab, cross, uppercuts, hooks, front kicks..and the combos go on. After that, you partner up to do some more awesome workouts. Followed by more stretching. And once you're a member, you can stay for as many classes as you like! I highly recommend this facility. Definitely a fun way to get in shape!
I was never one to join gyms so this was a challenge for me. I did not believe i would be able to keep up with class or see any results. I have been able to do both and I feel great!! They have great instructors and a great environment!!!! Everyone is super supportive and not to mention you get a kick ass workout!!!

ILKB-Aurora is the best place for a workout. The classes are fun and challenging. The instructors are all nice and great at what they do. The music and motivation is perfect!

Sweaty fun! Best kickboxing class I've taken yet! I purchased 5 classes & will be going back for more - will likely get a membership!
