can't someone let In-shape health club's know about hygiene in the gym!!. the most irritating subject is the cleaning of the equipment after use. why do they have cloth towels available for the cleaning of the equipment after use. do they have a clue how Terry cloth rags retain so many micro germs. So when the towels are used, they recycle it over and over. thus it's very, very, unsanitary for use. If In-shape is going to continue with the usage of soiled rags, then provide gloves or hand cleaner.

I've been going here for a few years, but I'm really thinking about changing gyms. Hopefully they build a city sports in Vallejo. The trainers don't care about them and their client getting in your way while you workout and they dont even have the decency to ask if you are using a certain equipment or if its fine if they workout in a VERY CLOSE proximity to you.
Plus it got much busier over the years and there's way more people who dont put away their weights and/or workout in a big group that uses their phone and socialize more than they workout.

Nice n clean gym, great hours, plenty of parking, great employees, reasonable fee, what else can you ask for.
Great staff and spacious gym. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is that some of the free weight stuff is a little tired. Everything was clean and in it's place though. A great value to be sure.
You see every body work good. And right at the entrance it my big suprice to see whu was my intructor, i want to do some work out,.
In the area for work and I'm not very impressed with this gym, couldn't find towels anywhere, the men's locker room was disgusting, puddles from overflowing toilets on the ground and trash everywhere, It makes me definitely miss my home gym in Bakersfield
