This 24 is old school. This was the first gym I signed up with way back in high school, and I am still a member of the 24 network til today!
I've been to many 24's up and down the state, and this gym is a small, get-it-in type of facility. It's not big at all because it was built way back when people weren't all that into gyms and cross fitness, but it has about two of everything you would need for weight training and a small handful of cardio machines. I never really use the pool or sauna, but it's there if that's what you need it. There is a yoga room, and small corner for floor exercises. Machines are aging, but still gets the job done!
They, and many other 24 facilities, should oil all of the sliding components of the machines every other week to keep them from breaking down. I might have to bring a small dollar store can of knock off WD-40 because I notice that the cable machines are often not so smooth to operate and it messes up your training. I rarely use shower stalls, and locker room is about the same as any other regular gym.
My kid just went to this gym to workout before going to her job and deal with 2 hours of traffic on a Friday afternoon, and was faced with blatant discrimination at this gym - she happens to be a gay woman, who probably doesn't "look" too feminine, who gave birth to a beautiful daughter 10 months ago and is a strong, intelligent woman. I am livid to hear that she went through this type of animosity and really did not have much support from the staff at this "gym". First of all you need to have a place where a person feels safe and not harassed, there needs to be a non gender restroom available. I am going to shout out regarding this incident until someone hears me. Staff solely patronized her but they did nothing to make it right.
Vallejo 24 fitness is nestled in a shopping area that is a bit run down. However the gym sparkles and the staff are upbeat. I found the facilities and equipment clean and in good working order. Everything thing works, which is not something I can say about every 24 hour fitness.
They even have a pool.
TV s above the cardio equipment
Equipment is well spaced
Music playing
No WiFi
Handicap accessible
Comfortable, friendly neighborhood gym with lots of classes and great personal training.

It's a small gym but straight to the point good staff and it has a pool and sauna, and steam room! It's not a Super sport gym. But it's great for a Good workout!

Older gym with some run down equipment. However the staff is friendly and upbeat. We take our kiddo with us ($6 per visit or $24 a month) and she goes to kids club. The three teachers are great with the kids.

The pool is always dirty with a grease stain around the edges the ladies locker room is down right disgracedul flooding in the showers hair dryer broke hair everywhere not clean floors dirty no attention is given to this area they over charge when they feel the need 50 dollars annual fee to clean the facilities where is this money being spent. Definitely not in the gym I would suggest a health inspection.

I go there for the pool. But they add way too much chlorine.
Other than that, it's a great place to work out or relax. The sauna and steam room are awesome after a hard workout or just for therapy.
If you are serious about getting in shape, go to Costco and buy their 2 year membership. MUCH cheaper.
Hope this helps someone.

Update 3/2018: Much better! Clean locker room, free Wi-Fi, generally a good gym! They pack a lot of club in a small space. Friendly, responsive staff.
Paid for 2 years in advance. Moved further than an hour from the nearest 24 hour fitness location so I asked if I could freeze my account. They said no problem. A year later I go to unfreeze my account and it's deactivated. Can't be unfrozen or restarted. No refund. They don't care about customer service, they only want your money.
Very dirty, the sauna, steam and the pools
specially. People doesn't care even if they get skin diseases. Health and safety dept should check very well this fitness club. All the machines are old. I sacrifice to go to fairfield most of the time.
This gym is awful! Nobody showed up to open the door again this Monday morning at 4:00. P/O'd members milling around in the rain, looking at the locked door -- this in a dark, mostly vacant shopping center in Vallejo where it is simply not safe to do so. This is the 3rd time someone has failed to show up in the last few months. The gym is horribly managed -- filthy, weights strewn around the floor, used paper towels all over the machines, locker rooms and bathrooms disgusting, etc. I can't wait for someone to sue big time for injuries after tripping over all the weights on the floor. Some of the early morning staff just sit there and play with their phones, acting put-out if you tell them a dispenser is out of paper towels or a squirt bottle is empty. You'd get the same result if you just bought a department store mannequin, put it in a hoody and propped it up on the stool with a phone in it's hand -- at least you'd save the labor dollar. Often, there have been times where the front desk person is sound asleep, right at the desk! But don't blame the employee -- blame the managers, since there is a camera right overhead. They obviously don't care enough to look at it. New people start out enthusiastic and quickly (like, day two) figure out there is no supervision and no accountability so they might as well do nothing. The problem is management, and they need to be fired from top to bottom.
Nice hot tub & pool. Lots of weight machines. No classes or trainers. Always open except for Fri. & Sat. nights.
GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT WE JOINED CAN GO THERE ANY TIME EVERYONE SHOULD GO THERE WORKERS ARE ALSO VERY HELPFULL AND NICE
I try to go everyday so I appreciate the availability of the times offered. The major complaint I have is the club is not clean. Today my friend and I counted the flies on the glass during our aerobic workout, and then the flies on the glass of the class windows. The club smells dirty and the showers are unkempt. I go at different times, and find no difference in the cleanliness of the club. I can't shower for fear of disease. Lastly, the repairs to broken equipment seems to take weeks.
Now on a positive note, the staff is very friendly, and I often see one young man gloved and wiping equipment and picking up discarded paper towels. I applaud his efforts.
They pack a lot of club in a small space. Friendly staff. The locker room needs much better cleaning and ventilation.
Location is convenient for Touro students. Hours are interesting. Certain areas are not cleaned very well. It is one of the smaller gyms I've been to. Some equipment are old.

Sooooooo Gross! Everything looks like it is from the Video Game FallOut, there is still damage from the Earthquake from over 2 years ago...one of the staff said it is a franchise so I guess that explains the lack of concern for this gym. See my Pictures...an the ladies locker room and Shower GROSS worse than a high school locker room.
To make it worst they raised prices, and added a TV right above the filth so now you look at the scummy filth so you cant enjoy the TV. Check out my pictures. the best thing here is friendly Staff, I really wish they would fix the club.
The walls are piss yellow, SOMEONE please Fix-N- Flip it .This place need a MAJOR Face-lift!
