This place is hella loud. . Challenging!!1st time was good, 2nd time was great, by the third time I had found a new addiction! ThE 45 min lagree class is a challenging, controlled workout that goes deep into the core and muscles. I am basically a cardio junky that has had to back off from running/biking. This workout has kept me fit and strong.... more
Echoing what others have said.... stay away from this place unless you want to deal with their shady billing practices. There are MUCH better alternatives in the area. Gave them a cancellation notice in May, PAID for May, haven't stepped foot in the door since May and they charge me for July as a "last month's payment"????.... more
So a concert here and the place is huge the staff is busy with their jobs and the place can get packed. Just keep your items close to your persons and you should be fine.. This place is really nice for your event... more

Excellent. Music is way too loud and they know it. They even hand out earplugs. I wore earplugs today and I swear I still got some sort of hearing damage. My ears literally hurt still several hours after my class.... more
