I love the workouts, every instructor is a little different but I always get a tough workout!

Challenging!!1st time was good, 2nd time was great, by the third time I had found a new (healthy) addiction! The trainers are constantly pushing you to strive for a littl bit higher! Squeeze thighter! Hold it longer! It was an awesome way to get back into working out after having a baby! Candyce plays great hip pop music!! BTW: child care is available (big plus)!

This is an amazing workout that will get you stretching and strengthening your muscles. I bought a packet of classes from groupon for Cardio Barre TO and have never looked back. It doesn't matter how often I go it doesn't get easier (You learn the positions, so yes in that way it gets easier, but there are always new, amazing, ways to push yourself). I start sweating about 8 minutes in and don't stop sweating until the end.

The Studio is beautiful! They keep it really clean, there are plenty of cubbies for storing your bags while you workout and the temperature is always pretty great. Obviously while everyone is sweating it gets warm but they have multiple fans and open the door when necessary. They also often a good variety of class times so you have no excuse not to make it. (I could do with a reallllly early morning class, but I know that it would just be me in there so 8:30 will do).

The teachers are amazing. The women who teach here are amazing, intelligent and ready to offer you help throughout class so you know how to keep improving. Every single teacher is good. They keep the energy going and seem to really love what they are doing which, in turn, makes me love what I am doing, despite the burn.

Since I started, about two months ago, I have seen a huge change in my body. While my weight continues to fluctuate in its normal levels, my arms are looking so much better and my legs and calves look longer and sleeker. I run a lot and this is the perfect counter-exercise to that, offering the stretching and muscle focus that I don't focus on when I am running.
