I'm a traveling student and stopped by while visiting a friend in the area. I trained there for a few days and had a great experience. The classes always had a good amount of students. The facility was clean. Beyond that, everyone I talked to was exceptionally friendly and encouraging. I would recommend this school to anyone traveling in the area or who lives in the area and is looking for a regular place to train in Jiu Jitsu.

I had a great time learning from both profs. Wilton and Emerson. Both were friendly, detailed and clear in their teaching and explaining technique. Their students are also super cool people, gave me tips on where to go and what places to check out.
I cannot begin to say how much that meant to me. I was really looking forward to training with them and I'm so happy I did.

Fantastic gym. I've been training here for almost 8 months and have loved learning in this relaxed atmosphere. They are great working with every body type. There are a lot more women starting to train here, too, which is amazing because you can train with someone closer to your size. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a great gym! This was my first time ever doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu let alone any form of a martial art. All the instructors were so welcoming and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Feels like
an ideal environment for both men/women and children. I'm actually planning on having my 4 yr. old son sign up soon!
