I absolutly live this particular in shape city they are always very friendly and its always clean this one has a large indoor pool so its nice to b able to work on my legs in the water and it dosnt hurt my back i love the steam room and the jacuzzi it also has a sauna and lots of other fitness equiptment i love this place its my serenity!

The pool is warm; the layout is organized; there's a dance room, and a cardio area set apart for women (and men, but especially women) who feel self-conscious about their bodies so they can feel comfortable exercising without feeling like they're being put on display. Theft does occur at this site if you don't lock your gym bag in your locker, but honest people turn in lost items, too. As with many places, you take your chances, but the location at Bianchi doesn't have a heated pool (although theirs is bigger and runs deeper, thus is good for diving training.)

Each time I workout, there are plenty of machines to work with without waiting. I start with the circuit machines followed by bicycling then hit the steam room to finish off. I feel so much better after it's all said and done.

This gym is the place to be....lots of gym equipment and areas to workout. Most people are friendly and at times even assist you when you don't know what your doing. Has sauna, steam room, indoor swimming pool and even a ladies section if your not to comfortable working out in front of a lot of guys. Strongly recommend this gym.

Everyone is very helpful and the showers are hotter than other places I've joined. The members are also much friendlier as well

In-Shape March Lane is a well equipted, well maintained, affordable workout and spa facility. Always well staffed, this staff is always polite, helpful and actively serving members. This is a no airs environment with abundant ethnic, age, and physical attribute diversity among its friendly membership. A gender sinsitivity is evident by a female only workout space. The 24 hour weekday schedule allows me access to this fine facility for under 80 cents a day. This also includes a clean pool, hot spa, sauna and steam room. Great showers and locker rooms. Great bargain.

Finally joined Inshape after so many years, thoughts, and consideration. I was near the location so I thought I swing on by, prior to joining Inshape on Aug 16 2018 since I've got a good deal through my workplace corp discount. The facility itself was big, but the only reason why I gave it 3-stars was due to the lack of exercise equipment available. This location didn't have much workout machines for my LE which was kind of disappointing, or unless I must've missed it somewhere, but I do wished there was more of the free-weighted smith machine squat racks available. Not a big fan of the assisted smith machines. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the circuit training area, which has enough space to get some bodyweight exercises in but still lack certain circuit machine. I can utilize the floor drawings and be creative with my workout so that made it fun and educate my muscles and body with the work of some therapeutic exercises. I love TRX and they provide that at this facility which I can do all sorts of fun workout with it. The facility itself was A-Ok, just wish they had more available LE machine. I had to finished the rest of my LE workout at 24hrs Fitness, which is another gym I have for a long time, but that is another review on their Yelp and Google review page. Overall, the layout of the gym is clean and nice, but this will probably be my least favorite Inshape location, I'll probably use this location for a good cardio with racquetball. I will just stick to Quails and Bianchi, or probably Hammer too.

I signed up last month under a promotion that saved me money. The staff is very helpful and the scenery is motivational. I like it so far and will recommend in shape.

My experience with this location has been awesome! I enjoy bringing my kids here! All the kids club ladies have been excellent towards my kids and myself! Very clean and very friendly! Front desk ladies are also so nice and very helpful with every question I have.

Everything its fine until you put your kids in the kids club. They call you all the time for whatever stupid reason. It wont let me reply back to you Micheal.. sometimes they call from the kids club 3 times in the two hours we get. And those girls sometimes they want us to be in a waiting list to get our kids in there. I'm paying and it's not my fault you guys do have enough staff to take care of the kids. I shouldn't be waiting if I'm paying. When we did the agreement they never said that I would have to wait to put my kids inside. Now if you dont have staff then hire more people!! Or dont take my money!!!

After a long and hard school year I tried to take my granddaughter swimming. I pulled up the schedule and clear as can be it said Family swim between 7 and 9 Tuesday. Since it is 100 outside we thought great a nice night swim. We get to the club and the blond young girl at the desk says no family swim is over at 5. I told her that I had the paper after her just short of calling me a liar, a very rude girl I told her I would go home and get the paper, So I did. Not a easy task to do and I was right. Did they say they were wrong or sorry NO! She called her manager over named Laurie and she said the paper was old. Lame excuse since I have only been a member 1 year how old could it be? They refused us!!! Now isn't that false advertisement? Bait and switch maybe? Another family came in and said they also saw this on line. To put it mildly I did not approve of the way either of them handled us. In my personal opinion they should never treat customers Bad!!!!!!

I recently became a member myself!,
The facility is very clean,very well organized,the staff is happy to help with any questions,full service facility,my branch is open 24 hrs a day weekdays only.but my work hours! It's perfect, I can come in anytime and still receive excellent satifaction,the equipment and saunas,pool,works out great

Enjoy my workouts at InShape>March >quail >marina locations. Weather doing circuit or hitting the swimming pools.
All have friendly counter team members.Each are always courteous and helpful. All locations have staff that are continually cleaning each gym daily.
I would refer Inshape to my family and friends to experience a good workout at these place with my visitor passes we are able to share.
Cool gear so showing up.

The mens locker room was dirty and both toilet stalls didnt have toilet paper...and the free weights dumbbells and plates are scattered everywhere

I guess this is their newer location..seems nicer than others but tons of people. Expect to wait for machines during prime time.

I had my headphones stolen from an employee here. I forgot my headphones and quickly called it in. At this point luckily they answered me and managed to recover them. They said theyd hold them in the drawer until i came to pick them up. When I came to pick them up they were gone. I talked to the manager and she told me there is nothing they can do for me she said she'd investigate, but no follow up has been made. Yes I forgot them and that is my fault, but when an employee tells me there's hope and i come to pick them up, then I cant help but blame management for hiring people with loose morals.

I have been going here since May 2015 and everyone has been so friendly. My kids and I are always greeted at the door and the daycare ladies are very nice my kids know the ones that have been there for a very long time. I feel my kids are in good hands.
Sometimes the gym gets packed (especially on Monday's) but I can still find room to work out. It's a comfortable atmosphere for sure.

Great place to improve your imune system. If you don't catch anything from outside there is a possibility you can catch it in here.
I came to this location with a guest pass. I will never return again due to sanitation concerns.
During my visits I noticed that the changing rooms are always wet. There was always water on the floors. Most of the bathrooms smelled bad. I think it would be nicer if they had a portable toilet outside. There are no boundaries or control. People from the gym wearing their tennis shoes were in the pool areas and even in the sauna/steam room.
However, if your only there to workout on the machines and don't mind the occasional bacteria hazard, than this gym is for you. If you're swimming, going to the spa, or cycling then you should avoid this place; or ask for a higher standard of cleanliness.

I will never come back to this place ever.They was so rude.In also told me that I could not bring my kids to where the pool was cause family time is over or what ever.so mind you a white person walk thew with her kids and they got in the pool.and didn't say nothing.so I told her hey there are kids in the pool now so she was like oh I will have someone come get them out.now mind you family time is from 2 to 5 pm in it's 7:30 pm and the kids was in there still.then on top of that I was being a new person to them that was disable in had kids.in they told her to wait and someone will come to take her so 15 mins pass she end up using the bathing on her self.didnt say I'm sorry or nothing and they took money off my card in this is the 3rd time they did this took money off before it was due like I will never deal with this one ever
