Magical place with amazing people. If you need some balance give yoga a try and this is the best place I've found in Santee..Very small yoga studio, which has it's pros and cons. Teacher is able to give more correction, but I had an alright reaction to the essential oils used so I only attended one class.... more

Super friendly and professional staff, great new equipment , massages and tans included! I mean come on what more could you want from a gym membership!.I had a bad experience at the Balboa location and I was going to cancel my membership and I work across the street so I went into this location and the manager Max was very helpful and went above and beyond to make it right for me.... more
Gym is ok, but do not come here if you need a functional locker room. They recently "renovated" it and it has regressed to the point of unusable. Lockers the size of a shoebox hold nothing.... more
