I've purchased training sessions as gifts for others in the past through Groupon, and glad I decided to go for it myself to see what it's all about. Joe & Chyna are the trainers - I'm currently training with Chyna, and she's great! She demonstrates how a particular exercise needs to be done, she helps you with your form, how to breathe, and pushes you to complete the exercise when you're struggling towards the end.... more

Gym is ok, but do not come here if you need a functional locker room. They recently "renovated" it and it has regressed to the point of unusable. Lockers the size of a shoebox hold nothing.... more
