Overcrowded, over priced for what it is, and just does not care about their members. Was told I would have to cancel my membership when I didn't download their phone app. Was charged an extra month because I did not cancel in 30 days notice.... more

Being only 1 block away, I was stoked to get spinning at Revolution! Yet, the studio came up super short. I took two classes -- one from an energetic 50-something, but with no above bike spin moves; a second from a Gen Y who danced in front of us most of the class .... more

Clean and typically uncrowded gym with friendly staff and clientele.. My gym for the last two years. The staff is amazingly friendly, the equipment is well kept, has a pool, squash courts, and sauna.... more
Beware of the Online service!! You cannot cancel!!!! I have been charged for several months since I cancelled my Groupon subscription!. Good things: -nice location on a nice block. You can have coffee/juice/coffee after as close to many restaurants -nice design -reasonably clean, not spotless but good -tried two teachers, both have good instructions -nice crowd -easy online sign up Negatives: -way too crowded imho especially in some classes -you have to pay to rent a mat 5$ -there's only one clothes to dry your mat and it's dirty as hell -no shower Overall: very good and nice, would recommend... more
I'm very happy with the special program that was Santa Monica YMCA has for cancer survivors. I am looking forward to being able to partake of the various workshops, and especially getting instruction with supervision on the weight a quipment with which I am not familiar.... more
Seems like the majority of instructors at Yogaworks give you only verbal cues just walking around the room. Pretty much no demonstrations that I have never been to yoga studios like that before.... more
The staff is friendly and it's relatively clean, especially compared to their other locations. The glaring negative here is how small this place is for a gym. There's plenty of treadmills, but the free weights and machines are pretty slim pickens.... more
Great gym. Just take forever to fix any issue with their equipment. I enjoy the classes and the equipment is nice but classes fill up fast. I still think its pricey but there is no riffraff either, which is nice.... more
