Went to the 530pm class as a drop in. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent box to visit if you are in the area.. This is the best CrossFit gym in Santa Cruz. I tried several "boxes" in Santa Cruz, and as a beginner, I felt far more welcomed at Seabright CrossFit.... more
