In particular I loved Puja's class, she changed yoga for me and when I am in town I will make a point of going back for her classes! Her level 2/3 was challenging but also welcoming as she always gives many options for making it easier/harder, also lots of fun and peace and progress.... more

super nice space, and very nice instructors!. Me and a girlfriend signed up for the "new student special" and I have to say that we loved it! It is a gorgeous space and the teachers are all sweethearts.... more
I went to a prenatal yoga class. The class was fantastic. The teacher made me laugh more about pregnancy than I had about all the quirks of pregnancy before that. The room was a great size, nice open and airy.... more
Good gym. Small with limited seating. Beautiful Basketball Gym...I especially loved how they Incorporated the church. So cute.... more
Professional, knowledgeable and solid nutrition guidance. Literally "changed my life." They also offer yoga, products, etc. And best, the owners are active members in many facets of the broader Santa Cruz community.... more
I wish it had more dragons because I like to listen to Dragonborn on repeat when I lift heavy things, but other than the lack of dragons 10/10 would sweat and cry in the showers there again.... more

Amazing gym for bodybuilders. Love the atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Owner was very welcoming. Looking forward to working out here again. I come in town for customer meetings several times a year and come here for my workouts for the week.... more
the facility is absolutely beautiful, the machines and weights are more than satisfactory but the facility suffers from one fatal flaw, the attendees. By no means am I a body builder, but I understand basic gym etiquette.... more

this place is a real happening gym. The guy who owns it, Brian, is a world class story teller. his co-partner in the gym is his twin younger brother Matt. They both do some intense weight and athetic competitions and Brian usually comes out on top.... more
Its sad I've been going here for almost a decade but finally decided I couldn't deal with the filth any longer. I finally terminated my membership today. Its so dirty I thought when they remodeled it would be better.... more
