Professional, knowledgeable and solid nutrition guidance. Literally "changed my life." They also offer yoga, products, etc. And best, the owners are active members in many facets of the broader Santa Cruz community. I am grateful they are here.
I was introduced to Nourish in 2009 after attending a workshop for couples on yoga and massage. The workshop was amazing. We walked away from it feeling more connected, feeling refreshed, and with several new partner yoga moves as well as massage techniques to try at home. The environment they created made me feel like I wanted to go back every weekend!
Since then I've been introduced to the other services Nourish provides and I am consistently impressed. I've just signed up for the month-long nutrition consultation and can't wait to meet with Jocelyn. I've got IBS and find it can be a constant struggle to balance my diet and life so that I'm not in pain. Jocelyn is going to take a close look at what I'm eating and help me create the ideal meal plan to suit my needs--I can't wait!

I have never been privileged enough before now to experience or even observe a business who cares as much about their customers and clients as the Staff of NOURISH does every day. We understand what a huge compliment it is for people to come to us for their needs, and try to return it the best we can with genuine great service and encouragement towards a healthier lifestyle. It's the only business I've been to that changes and grows into a more efficient and able entity by constantly acting to take our clients' feedback directly into account. On top of this all, they not only care this much about their clients, but also about the world and people outside and around them. Constantly aware of charities and special events to contribute to, always supportive of local small businesses, and at all times striving to be eco-friendly - NOURISH just plain ROCKS! We really look at ourselves as a growing community which celebrates everybody for who they are. If you haven't already, I highly recommend you come in to see us and Get Well.
Yoga, nutrition, massage... for many people these activities are interesting but intimidating. I was no different. The thought of trying to learn yoga poses in a room full of perfectly balanced chi masters; or sitting down with a nutritionist and admitting to rarely getting two servings of fruit and veg a day, never mind five, was fairly uncomfortable. I need not have worried. Nourish treats anyone, on any level, with patience and compassion. They make you feel comfortable with where you are at, while also giving you the encouragement required to make the choices that will make your life healthier.

I also see Jocelyn for extra fabulous nutritional support and education. There is a wonderful atmosphere of friendliness, community, caring and joy in the classes I attend and in general at Nourish, and this atmosphere is very consistent.
