I have been been coming to Santa Cruz core for 4 years now. Started off with chiropractic and massage to help me with neck pain. With these treatment and Acupuncture I no longer have neck pain. 3 years ago I started to have hip pain did all the above treatments plus Corrective exercise and really helped decrease my pain and improve my walking gait. Recently I saw Dr John grady for osteopathy for SI joint pain that I have had for awhile and after one treatment of manual work I went from a 7 pain just standing there to no pain while standing and a 2 with movement. This was huge I didn't realize how the pain was affecting me mentally. I am scheduled to do PRP next to in SI joints this upcoming week. I will updatr my review after the treatment. I will continue to come here for all my self care needs to allow me to stay active for life.
I feel my best after this leaving this sports medicine | wellness clinic | self care studio. From massages, to acupuncture to my FAVORITE: Core 45 Fitness Classes ... this center of health always leaves me glad I made the effort to care for myself.

I had a wonderful massage yesterday with a new therapist at Santa Cruz Core. It was convenient to go there, she was very friendly and attentive to my body and pains and applied the perfect amount of treatment and pressure! I will definately be coming back soon! Thank you Core!

Found Santa Cruz CORE a couple years ago and since they have opened up another location in Watsonville but having the options of there and still Santa Cruz location has been awesome! The trainers at both locations are great and energetic and motivating! Vasper in Santa Cruz is so amazing and love that they offer 3 free sessions to start-really got me to be a believer in what it does for the individual! The chiropractors Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Ryan have both been essential for my improvement in my hip pain and low back issues and the fact that if I need to see Rhodes in Santa Cruz and Ryan in Watsonville to accommodate MY schedule is great as they both are up to date on what is going on with me and I never miss a beat! Thank you CORE!
Incredible, friendly and professional staff at CORE! I've been losing sleep night after night over my knotted and stressed out back, but after a massage at CORE I fell brand new and fully relaxed. They've given me advice on how to stretch and meditate at home. Now I'm planning to try out their hyperbaric oxygen chamber next!

Santa Cruz CORE is one of a kind! I go regularly for massage, chiropractic and group fitness training. I could name and recommend each of my practitioners, but they really are all amazing! I like that they work together when I have a problem, and communicate between departments so they know what is going on with my body. I have also asked questions on social media about nutrition and Jaimi, the owner, is always quick to educate on the topic at hand! Awesome resource!

Everyone knows me by name at their Santa Cruz Potrero st.location. I get a wonderful weekly custom workout from Danny Stevens. I appreciate the chiropractic care from Dr. Rhodes...He's great and his treatments are very effective for pain relief.
I used CORE's Hyperbaric Chamber and loved it! It was a nice, peaceful break where I could relax and let my mind rest. Not only that, it left me feeling energized afterward! Thank you, CORE, for bringing this to Santa Cruz, and at such an affordable price compared to other practices!
Their customer service is excellwnt and their employees really know what they're doing. They have helped me so much and I've heard the same from all my friends and co workers who go here too. Highly recommend.
Have been seeing Dr. Rhodes for persistent shoulder, neck pain and getting sports chiro-therapy, which has been helping thus far. I like how the appointments are not just a few minutes and I get trigger point therapy and some deep muscle work in my chiro appts with him. I have a long road to go and think Rhodes and Core will be my go-to-center for a while! Glad I found it in Santa Cruz.
Absolutely wonderful and intelligible. Had two ACL replacement surgeries, with one knee not healing as well as the other. The deep tissue massage I booked with Maria was fantastic in that she was identified and worked out my serious trouble areas. The massage was very effective in loosening my knee complex muscles. I look forward to my return visit - absolutely great massage therapy; I am happy this is my next step in rehab following 6 months in PT.
For the last 7 years I have felt welcomed by the staff in a familiar environment. April does an excellent job massaging out my pain and offering relaxing massage. In many ways she heals me better than modern medicine at a fraction of the price.

I have a lot of health problems, some of which cause pain, which is why I went to SCCF for a massage. When I go to places like this I always dread having to hear everyone's ideas of what I should do to get better. (I have a team of doctor's working on me, I'm not seeking other ill-informed opinions.) When I came here and told them about what I'm going through the person checking me in just said "That sounds really hard." and it was SO NICE just to get some sympathy and help instead of condescending opinion. The massage Jane gave was a 10 alone but the behavior of everyone there is what will keep me coming back as often as I am able.
