Looks nice inside but hours on Google are for members ONLY. Closes early most nights to non-members. Just curious why "members" would look at Google for information like hours. I think that most people searching your gym through Google would be non-members and so the appropriate hours would be helpful to those from out of town looking for a place to train.... more

What can I say, this is my home away from home. The inclusive and knowledgeable staff are what keeps me making gains and continuing to improve in my movements, but it's the rest of the Crossfit San Leandro community that keeps me coming back for more day in and day out at zero dark thirty.... more

Went to bootcamp the month of June and had a total blast. I loved it! It was hard and challenging but always alternate exercise when needed. Owner/instructor is excellent. Participants were friendly and encouraging.... more
