Update: I have now taken classes with Freya, Rachel, and Marylinn (who is the founder). They are all amazing and each have their own way of motivating you and guiding you through the class! Now that we are in Shelter in Place, the studio has been offering live online classes and also videos of classes that you can do any time of day.
They have great classes, instructors, and a great studio! I would highly recommend! At first I was not super excited about having to take three private classes before being able to do classes.... but I loved the privates with Raquel! She does a great job at explaining everything and helps you modify any of the exercises if you have injuries or need any kind of modification! Would highly recommend to others! I am a beginner and they have made me feel very welcome!

This is best Pilates studio that offers everything in one. I am so happy I finally found a Pilates studio with awesome down to earth and kind instructors! I just finished my three private Pilates lessons with Caroline and they were great! She's very knowledgeable and tries every way she can to explain every exercise, always with a great attitude. Every time I took a class with Caroline the next day my abs, legs, core etc felt sore, meaning is working.. I love that!
Also Maryliin (the owner) is such wonderful person I emailed her with TONS of questions and she always answered all of my questions & concerns giving me great recommendations. :) Now I can't wait to continue my Pilates journey and what better place than Centered Studio Pilates! Highly recommend!! :)
