Michelle, the operation manager, is friendly and super nice. She helps me with any questions/concerns that I have had. She treats gym members like her family. I have been going to this gym for about a year now and everything meets my expectations for the price I have paid... Oh...the other person, Jennifer the trainer, is nice also and my kids (13 and 12) like Michelle and Jennifer too...
People , take this action first and stop throwing the paper tower, empty of water bottle, toilet paper, spitting...on the floor, locker and/or shower area after using. Trash bin is everywhere. I impress with a facility but not maintenance work .
Every 24 Hour Fitness is absolutely disgusting and never kept. This place is no exception. It's usually crowded at all times of the day unless you don't mind being here in the early hours of the morning. It's almost impossible having a decent workout most days because of how crowded it is.
I was surprised people told me this site is 3-4 years old. It lack of maintaining the facility, it looks like >10 years old facility.
I just recent come to this site, but noticed they lack of maintenance, when some equipment is down, it took at least 3/4 weeks to repair, like swimming pool heater broken in Feb, or swimming trunk dryer down in April for weeks before it got fixed. The hot tub is always flowed with bubbles and sometimes yellow bubbles, compared to other site in Aborn road 24 hours site, I saw them scrub with brush, but this site, they just change water every Tuesday that's all. Every shower stall exhaust is clogged with dirt, not sure if it ever got clean when the place opened. The drinking fountain near stairs is always clogged overflow on the floor cause safety issue.
I wish the management in this site pay more attention to upkeep this place not become a low class fitness place so soon!!!
Terrible gym. I have gone to quite a few gyms in different states in this country and Spain, and I can easily say this is the worst one I have ever been to. Staff just want their stipends, and the gym revolves around profit rather than helping individuals understand health and wellness.
Probably one of the best fitness gyms I've been to
This gym is like going to the gym filled with a bunch of 12 year olds, there's absolutely no gym etiquette. Weights are almost never re-racked, they are all over the floor. A lot of people going here just to seen, not to work out. Only reason i come here is they have the kids club open on sundays. Its a shame because this gym has a ton of potential, nice new equipment, very friendly staff

If management were smart (and I sure hope they are), access to the Club by undercover law enforcement would not only be welcome but ENCOURAGED as cost-free membership so they can catch all the lowlifes who view the locker rooms and premises as an open invitation to steal the property of other members. No more of the morally ambiguous bullsh*t. Being a member of a gym is a PRIVILEGE and not a right. We PAY for our property and we PAY for our inclusion in this community: make it RIGHT. It's time for the thieves to pay for what they do. The Fitness team should be keeping a time, date, description and contact log for all incidents of theft. Find the lowlifes doing this so they can be prosecuted and BANNED FOR LIFE. Thanks so much! (Now watch the likes.)

Pool heater has been broken for weeks. Very disappointing. May need to go to different club.

Man's locker room, bathroom and shower room are so dirty. No paper in bathroom and no soap in shower room often. I can't believe this is Super Sports Center. This is the worst center I have been.
I came to pay to get in receptionist nice. But Chris was acting rude. After the receptionist said it was ok Chris told me I would have to leave and come back tomorrow. This place smelled bad and was overcrowded either way.
Overcrowded, too many lockers but not enough showers. There's usually a line for shower. The water pressure of the toilets are so strong when you flush. Water splashes up on you. Whatever that water got mixed with will splash on you. Over crowded, gross, poorly managed...!
Are these good reviews real? Smelly, dirty, bathrooms smells like weeks of urine on the floor, never cleaned. misleading, rude, unwelcoming pushy receptionts trying to you to upgrade instead of practicing the best salesman strategizes.
Great equipment. Worth the money.
But once you step in to the locker room, it feels like you're back in a $15/month gym.
Get a handle on the locker rooms and ratings would get better. Since it looks like most of the reviewers have a common ground on the cleanliness of the locker rooms being the biggest issue.
don't let the sales trick you. before use sign up ask all questions. they lied a lot
Staff members are rude and unprofessional towards customers. Curtis Rose was rude when I wanted to activate my pass. He told me that I am not a local. I have actually lived in San Jose for 3 years and counting. Rude staff members are what prevents a gym from being the stress-free environment it should be.
The gym offers a variety of exercise options in the form of targeted machines, a lap pool, cycling room and aerobics studio. I enjoyed a rope machine that I found near the front of the gym.
