Not a good experience coming to this location. I have never been to a gym and was seeking information for beginers. The front desk had 3 personal trainers from what I could see and did not receive a greeting or a welcome for me and my partner. I asked for basic information about the gym since I am a beginner. The trainers response was very monotone with the sense that I was asking stupid questions and instead of showing me or explaining to me about what the gym had to offer, first thing I was asked if I had a bank account, routing number, and account number. I felt uncomfortable and to the point that I was giving him my bank information until I stopped and just left. BAD customer service, all I wanted was information...
