I had a billing/payment issue,
the manager LLOYD and Brian at the Milpitas location help me to resolve all the issues nicely, they deserve 5 stars, good people and nice place.
The location was convenient for me as it was near my location. Staffs were friendly and did accommodated me well. They had good customer service and they have knowledgeable trainers.
Best customer service. Super friendly staff. 24 hour Super Sport has a lot to learn from these guys. They always greeted me and taught me some really cool tricks.
The only reason I give them 3 stars is because I was a month to month member and they ended up charging me for another month AND a yearly fee AFTER I cancelled. And I canceled due to the location and had nothing to do with their awesome staff. This is after using the gym for 3 months. I tried to fight the charge, but one of their reps somehow logically explained to me that the charges were fair. I didn't want to post on social media, but this is not fair. When a month-to-month customer cancels after a few months, it's DONE. No more charges. Just beware of these predatory business practices before you join them.
Fitness 19 Milpitas is my favorite gym at affordable price in Bay Area !
They have a wonderful equipment and friendly staff. This gym is very bright and clean. I love to come this gym every single day if I have a time.

t's great gym. It has all that you need for a great price. The employees here are very knowledgeable and competent. They are nice, friendly, and make you feel welcomed. Just 6pm, it gets very crowded

Great friendly Gym and awesome staff, especially KYLE. He has been helping me out by creating workout routine, he is a good motivator with positive attitude and lots of energy.
Lloyd helped me with a great dieting plan and does a great job checking In whenever I speak to him.
Worth the money! Great friendly gym. I love how a everyone knows each other. Michael is a great trainer. He is always finding new ways to push me and help me reach my goal.

IT gets too crowded & hot...
management doesn't do much to get rid of the heavily soiled restrooms situation.
NICE attitude from staff...but not very...efficient care for the house keeping.
Anyway, you want cheap...you get cheap.
Worth the money! $20 per month and you have unlimited access and free classes like Sweatshop, yoga and kick boxing. They also offer one free personal training session a month.
Friendly staff, safe and abundance of equipment to utilize. Also the hydromassage room is a great place to recuperate.
Older weight plates, dirty bathroom, and stationary equipment are close too close. General area clean and friendly helpful staff.
Small, friendly neighborhood gym. Good selection of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Closes a little early on weekends though.

My wife and I are visitors from India and could not join for more than 3 months.
We met Mr Clinton and Mr Lloyd there and to our surprise and relief, they solved these difficulties and offered us a good deal.
Even offered us a 3 day free test !
Both are very polite and knowledgeable.
We are enjoying this facility and would definitely join again when we visit USA next year.
One Suggestion... Many Indian senior citizens visit USA for 3 to 6 months every year. The Fitness 19 should consider offering a membership which would be kept suspended till next year so that every year entry charges need not be levied.

A little small and can feel cramped at high traffic times. Does have all the essentials for a good workout though. Staff is friendly. Overall happy due to the price I pay for membership. I've been to four different Fitness 19 and this one is my favorite.
