Beyond horrible customer service. I can't even hear my music over theirs, and I have noise cancellation headphones! I asked if they could please lower the music, and they said "No, this class is from 10am-12pm, sorry." So I would have had to come back later on if I wanted to actually work out in peace. It shouldn't have to be that way, I'm paying monthly for this, but today I've decided to cancel and find a new gym. Apparently a lot of people have had the same complaints of this place. Spend your money elsewhere!
