Down home no stress place to work out. Like a big family. Great place for us baby boomers to come and work on being a healthier person. Great training available as well.

Air conditioning problem. Cardio side has no air conditioning just ceiling fans and a door fans blow hot air from the emergency exit.

I am a long time member of this club. Since many months (started in spring) they have problems with the air condition in half of the training area and in men's dressing room. In this part of the building the temperature is often near 80 F and the air is thick and stinky, which is very unhealthy for a sport club. Obviously the management is not willing to solve the problem, I assume because the cost. I have talked with the staff several times but the young ones don't care and the older ones deny.

Everything is cleaned about once every 4 months. This place is just filthy.
It's a gym. It has weights and machines. It gets the job done and had a great price. This isn't anything fancy but it's great for what it is.

Very kind and always smiling employees, great atmosphere, awesome people. Too bad it was far from my house :(
Great gym for $12/month or less.
The gym members are very friendly and the gym instructors are knowledgeable. I come here for social support to achieve my weight loss goals and maintain healthy glucose levels.
Guest pass is a joke. I went to this gym with a friend because my friend needed a translator. After my friend signed up, Tanner (employee) gave me a 7-day guest pass to the gym so I can try before signing up. Today I went to the Gym wanting to try it out. When I walked in and showed them the pass, they took the guess pass and ask to see my ID. So I gave them my ID and they kept it. Then starting to show me the gym and trying to sell me membership. I told them Tanner showed me around and told me the fees already. So they took me to see Tanner. Tanner said he remembers me but I think he forgot about me. He was the one that told me about the $8/month membership because I would not be able to go every day and makes no sense to buy higher level membership.
I told Tanner that I wanted to try out the gym before I sign up. Tanner said then why I wasted his time asking about the price and all. I wasted 20 minutes already and he accused me of wasting his time. I ended up leaving because he started giving me attitude about wanting to try before signup. The guess pass is a bait so you will go in and they will try to sell you membership. Think before you try.
Beyond horrible customer service. I can't even hear my music over theirs, and I have noise cancellation headphones! I asked if they could please lower the music, and they said "No, this class is from 10am-12pm, sorry." So I would have had to come back later on if I wanted to actually work out in peace. It shouldn't have to be that way, I'm paying monthly for this, but today I've decided to cancel and find a new gym. Apparently a lot of people have had the same complaints of this place. Spend your money elsewhere!
Love to come work out here when not doing crossfit. They offer great classes you can join or you can do your own thing. Plenty of weights, machines and cardio equipments for everyone. Usually it's pretty packed. Best times to come would be early mornings or late nights. They are open till 11 pm on weekdays and 8 pm on weekends.
Decent basic gym. Equipment not fancy, but most kept in good working order.
Great price for what they have. It's definitely coming along as well. There seems to be upgraded machines as of late.

The weights and machines are all kept clean and in working order.
I was able to negotiate and get an excellent monthly rate.
The locker rooms are decently big, with working showers.
Really friendly staff and trainers.
And I love the idea of bringing a guest unlimited times with the premier membership!
I love the gym, affordable. The only problem is that it's an anti-A's establishment, yes they always have the Giant's on 4 or 5 screens and when I ask them to put on the A's they always seem to stall or they forget!
