The shower area (doors, walls, shower faucets) are molded. Mold does effect our health.
Please, remove the mold and clean them regularly.

I had an excellent customer service experience with the General Manager here who helped me with an incorrect charge to my card. He was very willing to help me out, and did everything he could to fix it, and he did!! very thankful that he was nice to me during the whole experience. Thank you so much!
The place seems outdated compared to other gyms such as crunch fitness and planet fitness. The environment looks and feels unclean. Memberships are also more expensive compared to other gyms from my experience! I like to work out in the room with the mirrors but its kinda gross with dirty floors that look old and not maintained. Glad they have trx but wish they had more TRX areas. 2 stars for convenience. The facility could use some work for sure.

Love This Gym Its large enough that all the Machines aren't taken but when in the Steam room there Need to be Something to prevent Guests from Poring Water Into the Thermostats. I was enjoying sitting in there for a Few Min until some Unconsederant person Dumps a Full water bottle Onto it and I feel like I'm Suffocating from the Excessive Heat. i had To walk out.

I have visited this place a couple times and it gets worse every time. I've been to quite a few 24hr Fitness Super-Sport, but this has to be the worst maintained one. I did not get to interact with the staff too much, partially because there weren't that many during lunch hours. (I guess they are at lunch as well). This is supposed to be 24 hr Fitness' upper level gyms, sans Ultra Sport. But it was so poorly maintained. Broken water fountain with water running all over the floor. The towel dispenser was empty. No sign of maintenance crew around. A couple of staff at the front desk checking in the customers (staff was aloof and disconnected from the patrons). I have been to a few exceptional gyms from 24; Irvine Ultra Sport. It really shows when the managers and staff care about their business and take pride in their work. This one has little to no pride.

This place has gone from bad to worst in terms of cleanliness.... Look at the photos below. This is the state of the family restrooms, not only are there dirty towels lying around for weeks, there seems to be mold growing on the tiles and the WC

If it was not crowded, I would have given 4 stars. I think that's why it makes the price cheaper (~50/month)
The weight room is spacious and good variety of equipment. But very crowded at peak hours.
The free classes are also very crowded.
The swimming pool for laps is good size. But the surrounding was not attractive to me. I need nice surrounding.
They put pressure on me when I wanted to sign up for trial period. They were trying that I sign up prior to trial period which does not make sense. They called me before my trial was over... It certainly had a negative impact on my interest to join.
I think they are much better off if they give at least a week of free trial. They give me basically 2 days and an evening.

Ok super sport. Mostly come here only to shower after sand volleyball but there a line to shower. Looks like Everyone's here to shower too. Locker room is dirtier than other super sport that I have been too. I don't understand why ppl don't pick-up after themselves like put towels in the towel basket. I sometimes picked up towels around me just because I can't stand towels laying around me. We're all adults not 5 yr old and mom or dad isn't here to clean after yourself. Don't feel entitled either just because you paid the membership. Let's keep our gym clean.

If management were smart (and I sure hope they are), access to the Club by undercover law enforcement would not only be welcome but ENCOURAGED as cost-free membership so they can catch all the lowlifes who view the locker rooms and premises as an open invitation to steal the property of other members. No more of the morally ambiguous bullsh*t. Being a member of a gym is a PRIVILEGE and not a right. We PAY for our property and we PAY for our inclusion in this community: make it RIGHT. It's time for the thieves to pay for what they do. The Fitness team should be keeping a time, date, description and contact log for all incidents of theft. Find the lowlifes doing this so they can be prosecuted and BANNED FOR LIFE. Thanks so much! (Now watch the likes.)

Parking lot homeless is gone. Ladies room/showers/toilets are still dirty. Hair and trash are in the corners. Strong smell in the shower stalls. Can they do the proper job?

has lot of machines, staff seem friendly and helpful. This place does get very busy during the weekdays, so better come later closer towards close time to use machines without the wait

The gym is always dirty nobody wipes down their equipment or puts their stuff back aka weights, etc. The locker rooms are hideous always dirty I ask the front desk if they had somebody that walk through and the person only comes through and deep cleans at night when when the gym is closed. I put my shoes down what you're used and and worn stepped away came back and they were gone. The people just do what they want their it's a mess

The pool area is very noisy and not enough lanes to swim. You must wait for a long timr. The reason is the children swim classes that is taking 2 lanes of the big pool and all the lanes of the little pool. It is mot worth it to join this club.

Has a squat brigade with Olympic style plates. Towel service. New treadmills. Parking was easy. Came here after landing at sjc and it was quick and painless.

Horrible Customer Service. I had plans to workout in the morning on a guest pass. I called in the day before and they told me I would be good to go. I walked in the next morning and they refused to let me in on a guest pass. Horrible gym. horrible customer service. Ruined my trip plans.

Haven't been here in a few months but I came in today and the place looks a lot better. I'm loving the towel service and the crossfit area looks great too. Definitely a great renovation done with the place. happy to be back here oh btw props to everyone that works there for always being so nice and welcoming haha cant not appreciate that!

This placed was pack around 29000 membership in Crane ct. However the management lack of upgrade and remodeling interior and exterior this placed very dirty smell horrible and stolen. Outside parking lots breaking windows no camera capture drugs trafficking, many customers lost theirs valuable items very badly sadness!

This is one of the largest 24 Hr clubs I've been at. It's relatively clean, the machines work, and safely space-out.
I wish the GX24 room is a bit bigger tho. The UJAM Fitness and Zumba classes are packed and sweaty!
Parking can be a challenge during the weeknights after work. You'll need to circle a few times.
Overall, good gym! Staff is friendly with big smiles.

Hot spot for car theft. Please keep your wallet and car keys with you WHILE you workout. They break ur locks and still ur keys and wallet. Very common in that gym. Please be careful, its a good gym tho.

It's big, has plenty of equipment, and is in pretty good shape. It can get crowded-ish during peak hours - 6-8am, 4-7pm but not too terrible, it's mainly reflected in you, maybe, having to wait for the benches or squats racks.
The only downside is the showers (in the men's locker room) - there aren't enough, and one is usually out of service. As a result, during peak hours, you *will* end up waiting up to 5 minutes to get in the showers...
OK, a second downside is that the wifi, when it works, is *slow*

If it were not for the bathrooms and the showers this place would get 5 stars. The juice and food bar is amazing. The huge range of equipment and places to work out here make it mostly easy to get your workout in even during the busy times.
However... One must ask the question.... "why would you put in bathrooms and showers that are in no way big enough for the massive size of this kind of super sport gym?" You know you have a problem if there is a huge line for both the toilets and the showers every day. Also some of the things I have seen in terms of cleanliness of the toilet and shower area might make a normal person question if they are in a third world country... Quite disgusting.
On a final note though, the staff is quite friendly and helpful. If it were not for the bathrooms this place would get 5 stars

Very impressed with the spacious workout platform. Nice four- lane lap pool. Excellent sauna, spa and steam room area. Very friendly staff. And friendly and engaging guests ...

Despite it not being the closest 24 Hour Fitness to where I live, I probably go to this location the most. It is large and features just about anything you may need for your workout. I have yet to wait on equipment like I do at other locations. Staff is friendly and inviting and even wish you a nice day on your way out. Could be a bit cleaner, but not enough of a problem for me to complain.

Stop IT! Everyone in San Jose knows 24 hour fitness super sport is the only place to be if you: swim, cycle, or play basketball. I have personally Bennettfit_Fitted form my years of hitting game winner jumpers on Scrubs.
Don't play yourself, train yourself. | Or if you are like most and you want to see results hire a personal trainer like an adult.

I wanted to get a 3 day pass or a week pass to check to gym because I was interested in getting a membership. I got the pass emailed to me but the people at the front desk and also the sales people (Anthony) gave me such a hard time about using it that I don't even want to come back here or get a membership. I choose this gym for the location because it's right by my work but I would rather go out of my way to another gym than get treated like that.

Very large 24hrs super sport, lots of people all the time, and it is easy to park here. Male and female may go their own area for Spa, Sauna, Steam. There is Bay 101 casino next to the building so it is good place to go exercise before you call it a day. If there is a fast food restaurant or something here for dining, then it would be even better place to go. The cleanness compared to Fremont's Super-sport is slightly worse. 4 star place to go, enjoy !

I love this 24 Hour Fitness location. It is my favorite location, located near where I work. They have plenty of equipment and their Olympic power rack area is the best I've seen. The layout is not cramped. My only complaints are that there aren't any water bottle refill stations, entering/exiting/parking can be annoying, and the dumbbells could be laid out better like the new 24 Hour Fitness at Newpark Mall in Newark.
