Decent gym. Basically you get what you pay for.

I mainly focus on weights training and cardio. I have never had to wait for a machine for more than 5 mins during peak hours. It's never over crowded.

I have tried the classes, so can't comment on them

Cleanliness- I have never had any problem so far, I usually clean the machine after using. I see a lot of people do the same, which is admirable. The dumbbells are usually back in its place.

It's a relatively clean 24 Outpost. Decent size and age of machines and weights.

The bath room shower doors lots of them dont close. And the facets have very little water that comes out and the water is cold. Also i never see any one walking around wiping down the equipment.

I recently relocated from San Francisco and compared to the last 24 hr I was going to. This is a huge step up . Some reviews are right about the bathroom and lockers. But they are closed this week for renovation so I think that issue will be resolved . Very open weight floor not crowded ( at least when I go) . Front desk staff is always polite and the greet you when you enter and say goodbye when you leave . Fingers crossed on the renovation

Out of all the 24 locations I've been to this is by far my favorite. Yeah it doesn't have a pool or a basketball court but it has everything you need from free weights, treadmills and tons of other machines. The staff and manger (I think her name was Aretha) are friendly and approachable. This gym has everything you need to get a fantastic workout.

I can't believe that the whole place was almost empty when I saw it for the first time but it was four a.m. and it should not have surprised me at all but still..there's a ton of equipment every where to be used. I recommend that everyone comes to the gym and be ready to have a great time.

This is a disgusting men's bathroom. I complained of the posted photos when I first came in at 2pm on 8/31/18 and two hours later, it was still on the floor. There were 3 men on staff during that time ans no one cleaned it up.

I have been going there for about three years and I like it because it's never really crowded like the other ones. This is the one on Parkmoor in San Jose. The staff is great too.

Shower room not clean, even after it just get clean but the drain still smell so stink. They need to put some bleach down to the drain to kill the stink smell stuck their years

The paint may be old and chipped, but nearly all of the machines are in working order, the free-weight section is huge, and it's one of the cleaner 24 Hour Fitnesses in it's class. I just wish corporate would spend a little more to spruce the place up (but the same could be said for most 24s).

Actually have to say this was a great gym. Staff were pleasant and the facilities were great. The bathroom does need a little refurbishing but for a public gym was good.

This place sucks! The staff wasn't really helpful. I spoke to a manager about freezing my account because I just had surgery, and he so he told me to come in the next day and they can help me out. I came in the next day spoke to a Polynesian guy. He called a manager who never came out to talk to me, and the manager said that he doesn't remember speaking to me. They gave me a number to call instead. I called customer service and they told me that the gym could've frozen my account for me. I took the bus and walked 1 mile just to get to that place. What a waste of time. Lazy ass manager!

It was pretty empty during a busy after work time. They machines a bit old but very well maintained. Seemed cleaner than some new machines at more popular gyms.

Solid gym. I chose this 24 over the one closer on Santa Theresa for its large weight room. Four free weight squat stations and bench press. Getting out of the cardio section can sometimes be awkward when navigating around a perimeter of equipment. Men's locker room is on the small side, so tends to get crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a gym with great variety for the cost.

This facility has some problems. While the staff is nice and friendly, the maintenance surely lacks. Just on first glance, the ceiling has water leak marks and the fluorescent lighting is mostly out. The women's shower room has no lighting and the shower heads are rusted and dirty. To me, these are very basic and easy fixes that should be addressed somewhat quickly. I have been there for a month and nothing has improved.

Very old gym probably 30+ years. But the staff there are great, equipments are old but functional. One of the best workout atmosphere in town.
