Locker room floors are constantly wet and the staff requires you to check out the tricep rope because someone 'stole' an extremely used one that was over due for being replaced. In honesty it was probably thrown away because it was so worn out. All this trouble for a $20 item. You'd think we were paying enough?

This club raises the bar in comparison to the remaining Fitness 24 chain. Firstly, it is very safe - I forgot there my backpack for few hours and nobody touched it. Also showers are nicely warm unlike competitor Planet Fitness. Overall personnel is friendly. I recommend this club to everybody.

Absolutely the best in San Jose after it moved from next lot over. But it went bad quick.
I was trying to take a dive into the pool but the walkway was so slippery on that narrow path. I wore my sandals. I fear i could trip and fall into the pool.
So I decided to use elliptical machine. The trip back to locker room was horrific. Dirty floors between men's shower room and wet area. It's like mildew ate the walls.

Dirty. Old equipment. This location needs a facelift BADly! Especially uninviting for women. Crowded. Haven't tried the classes here. The place revolts me, so I travel farther & go to a different location. (Reviewed in 2014 Q3-Q4)

Facility equipment seems to be old, but is a great place to excersise because of the high amount of machines and weight there is. Very crowded during January

Not too bad place. Conveniently close to my place. Pool temp is just right. Sauna and steam room fairly clean.

This club has everything. Pool, jacuzzi, suana, steam room plus a bike room, a basketball court and a room for classes like pilates, core, yoga. Make sure u lock your stuff in a locker or keep it with u as theft in the locker rooms is common occurrence.

I have been using 24 hour off and on for years. I have not been very happy with the Hillsdale location. It seems like no one cares and if you raise a concern you get the stink eye. No WIFI, equipment is all breaking down and you cant find a parking spot very easy. I was laid off and I have been trying to cancel for three months. I get the run around around everytime I go in. Now I feel like they are scamming me. When I get work again it wont be 24 hour that I come back to!

The gym is large with lots of treadmills and diverse machines. You can ask a staff if you are unsure how to use them. Pretty sure there is a basket ball court downstairs.

I like this 24 hour. It's close by and the equipment that I need is always working. I recently started attending the morning classes and I love each instructors' style. Those ladies are powerhouses!

The equipment needs better up keep. With the number of members I'm surprised it isn't in better shape. The staff is very nice.

24 hour fitness is affordable, but they are not so clean.Multiple locations have this issue not just this one.

Update.Here is Corperate phone number ( ) and The Health Departments phone number ( ) I'm told the managers name is Nicole. She should not be hired. This is not a sales store. I came 7 times to join during sales hours and was not assisted. I ended up driving 18 miles round trip to the Almaden Road branch to join to go to the Hillsdale branch.

Members should add/upload pictures of the filthy facility, broken equip, etc No staff 4 walk through. No communication from desk @setting appointment, comming another time. Remember GOOGLE 3 day FREE PASS try it.. so far thinking the facilty is for the wrong side of town.

Not the worst one, but there are better sports out there. This place is in need of a renovation. In general, it's not as clean and the environment is outdated. It could be bigger. The locker room is pretty disgusting.

I've been attending this gym for about 8 years and came over from the park moor location which I was there for 10 years.The gym is very crowded. I like to go in get my workout done but too many people hogging the weights and taking their sweet time. There plenty of times that I can't find the smaller weights I need and have to go look for them. The only thing I really like is the large selection of classes they have to offer. The only reason I'm still going to this location is because I only have access to this location because of my membership. Seriously thinking of getting the Costco deal and be able to go to other locations to try out. Last thing they are always out of paper towels????

Clean environment. Good working equipment. Friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed the showers here more than other gyms.

Parking lot is very dirty. Women lockers area is dirty. Showers are dirty. Hair, trash, paper towels, plastic bottles, etc you name it. I come often for Zumba but if I have a better class/instructor I rather go somewhere else.

While the staff is professional and friendly, this specific location needs some serious upgrades. The men's bathroom always looks dirty and the showers often run out of soap. The equipment is passable and the customers are friendly and accommodating. Overall, a C+

Great weight room needs a little bit of cardio in there but overall it's a good Jim just the right size not too big not too small check it out......

Been my gym for 15 yeard. Good equipment and location. Nice variety of classes. But is too crowded most nights, way oversold. Staff not very friendly, too cool for school attitude.
