Mercury Pilates is great! Super attentive small classes really work every muscle. You'll definitely be sore after in the best way!.Loved this studio - one of the best I've been to. Small class sizes so the instructors really tailor the class based on the class' needs, lots of individual attention given, great teachers, great soundtrack.... more
I've been going to Centered Body for over a year now. All the instructors I've tried were always great & knowledgable. I love the initmate class size of max 5 people. You can usually find open spots the week of, but some slots get booked faster than others.... more
I've been to Blue Sparrow Pilates for Teacher Training courses and also as a client attending their classes and have to say that they are absolutely amazing. The teachers go through one of the best Pilates trainings in the world and you can tell immediately that they are incredibly knowledgable, on top of that super friendly and motivating.... more
