Amazing workout! Definitely unlike all the other cookie-cutter studios in the area.

1. I lost weight doing Pilates here
2. My abs, arms and back are definitely more toned/lean
3. It's fun and the workouts are challenging and varied
4. Nancy will find you a duet partner if you can't do private sessions
5. My low back pain/tightness is gone
6. I look forward to it every week and Nancy is the best instructor I've ever had --she really focuses on what your body needs and I feel awesome after a session.

I regularly lift weights and do a lot of running, but one workout with Nancy made me realize I was missing out on a lot of core work. Even though by many measures I'm considered athletic, her workout was still very challenging. I think her expert instruction and the unique exercises that come with pilates is something that anyone who is serious about their body should incorporate into their weekly exercise regimen. I have been taking Pilates with Nancy for a few months now and am very pleased with the results. I am more toned than when I began and my clothes feel a little looser. Nancy really knows how the body works and exactly how to work each specific body part or muscle group. I have taken both mat classes and private machine sessions and have been very satisfied with all of them because I always feel my abs after class.
