As an instructor in training who took the reformer course, I have only good things to say about Dave, the owner of the studio and about his choice of instructors. Wonderful little studio with great atmosphere, and knowledgeable and caring instructors! Wish I lived closer to workout there every day, and work too! I've taken several Pilates classes and I haven't really loved them until I took Katie's class on Friday morning. She was upbeat and positive. I injured my back and she kept on checking in on me to make sure I wasn't in pain and I can could handle the movements.... more
