A few months ago I committed to improving my overall physical fitness. After shoulder surgery, I was cautious and I didn't want to injure myself by incorrectly using weights or resistance exercises on my own. David at myFIT came highly recommended as a personal trainer and I have to say he has proven to be perfect for me. He's been great at listening to what I want to accomplish. His positive, personable, entertaining nature make training sessions a lot of fun. David's knowledge of exercise physiology has taught me what to do to avoid stress on joints, work knots out of muscles, and eliminate pain. He personalizes training sessions for me, focusing on my abilities and growing strength. Each day is different and never routine or boring.
