I would give this gym 0 stars if it were possible. I went to look at this gym and there was not much equipment there, but they charge as if it was a premium facility. It's limited in terms of the big 3 lifts, no deadlift platform and didn't see any bench press options. There are so many other better options for a better price elsewhere.
AVOID tHis place!! They have 1 squat rack so if there are people on it you won't get to use it, especially when people sit in the rack on their phone for an hour. Machines are broken and don't get repaired. Their virtual trainer system was disconnecuso you can't do classes. For what they charge they sure do not improve or maintain anything. New gym in West sac on Jefferson and 15th, I will be going there.
Gym fees set to withdraw on the 20th of every month. In July I requested the end of my month to month contract. Was advised I had to come in to cancel and as long as I did it before the 20th (when my billing is scheduled to hit, that I can cancel and nothing would be charged. I came in and they altered their office hours to a smaller window making it very difficult to reach someone. I came in a second time and spoke to an employee advising I want to cancel the month to month gym membership. She then advised me I needed to put in a 30 day notice. This wasn't explained over the telephone!!! So now they want me to pay yet another month of service and I don't agree! This is robbery. When customer service called me a month ago I told them this but they explained they only take the payment and NOT deal with membership. Awesome! So what's when I called the gym and asked how to cancel my membership. I've been a member for 1.5 years and have gone under a dozen times. My 12-month contract has been over! I've been month to month for 6 months. They took away a great perk that initially drew me in... A computerized fitness program. And not to mention they charge $15/ more than any other Anytime Fitness and have minimal machines. They should explain everything when asked over the phone and not come back with- this was told to you at signing (1 1/2 years ago) and shove a 30day notice in your face. I want my membership cancelled as it was explained to me over the phone and no more charges to my card.

I would put them at ZERO stars if I could. What a bunch of sleezeball con's! They sell memberships at a monthly rate but when you cancel, they charge you more than your required 30 day termination even after proper notice. They don't follow their contract and hassle you by threatening late fees and collections until you pay. of course, they didn't hassle me, they took advantage of a teenage girl who didn't know how to handle their aggressive BS. They act like wanna be gangster jerks. I would say much worse if I could on this site but will leave it to your interpretation. And don't get me started on their immature "MANAGER" who has ZERO tact or ability to communicate with substance. Its like talking to an infomercial recording. She recites what she was told regardless of the facts and speaks to you in a condescending manner. Bottom line is... If you like giving away money for things you didn't pay or agree to, don't join this gym. Convenience is not everything and supporting crooks is what you would be doing if you sign up here. I doubt they will last too long operating this way but then again, not everyone is willing to stand their ground on principal or legitimacy of contracts.
Oh, did I mention its as small of a facility as it gets AND they barely have enough machines to accommodate their membership? Not to mention they charge almost double anywhere else... Trust me, a waste of money!

I am no longer a member, but my company used to do work for them. They do not pay their bills and don't even have a valid West Sacramento business license.
I try to stay clear of any type of business that does not pay their bills. We have an open invoice from November 2016 for $400. We send them statements every month and not once have they tried to contact me with regard to settling their account.

This place is dirty, has broken equipment, no one seems to work here even during their normal hours, and they won't let you cancel despite not fulfilling the services outlined in the original contracts. The new owners wouldn't allow me to cancel immediately so now I'm stuck in limbo for an additional 30 days even though I've tried to cancel for the last several weeks. Beware DO NOT join this place, there are better options including Fitness System West Sacramento that are close by and actually follow through on their commitments to provide an adequate facility and services to work out.
