I just joined this gym about 1month ago .. now that im coming more often i can honestly say that the Maintenance situation is very bad. Restroom on the second floor has a pee odor soo bad its unbearable. Every night from 11 to 12 they say they a "cleaning" the restrooms.. when i go in its still not even cleaned. I hardly complain but this is BAD

It is a nice gym and relatively inexpensive. They also offer some great classes. My only downsides with this location is they no longer offer towel service, it is not the cleanest facility, it also gets super crowded to the point where it makes it difficult to get your workout in.

Nice new location with plenty of space, good cleanliness, and nice equipment. Even the towels feel fluffier than the other 24HF locations. When I go to one like this, I honestly wonder why 24Hr corporate allows horror shows like the daly city gym to remain open.

Huge gym with vast amount of machines and workout options. Parking lot is sometimes taken over by people who clearly don't visit the gym. Pool water is almost opaque, even after cleaning. Security could be better, all my clothes were stolen from a closed locker in the middle of the day along with multiple other people's property. All in all it's a nice gym with some management issues.

This place is kind of a run-down gym. It has great amenities such as pool and sauna and quite the array of free weights and machines. However, I'd say there are usually 5-10 different broken machines any day including treadmills. The locker rooms smell horrendous half the time. Staff isn't friendly but they're not rude either, just kinda doing their own thing. The floor can get crowded during after work hours but there's usually something available. The plus? Open 24 hours; i can go anytime i want. The con? It feels kinda jenky inside.

Happy with this gym. Lots of space and new equipment to choose from. The only negative is that it gets very full at peak hours. Price is great too.

There's a good selection of weight training and cardio equipment. Staff and trainers are usually very friendly. That's the good stuff.
Unfortunately: parking is a s***show; locker room is disgusting; much of the equipment is frequently awaiting repair.
I would not recommend this place.

Leaks in roof, inoperable sinks in womens bathroom, no parking due to overnight parkers and high schoolers, pool is getting green along the edges, yet rates are going up "keep up maintenance.". Tired of them telling me they can increase corporate rates at any time and for only specific family member. Crunch gym has closed down increasing the number of people and cars in parking lot, yet there is no money going into maintenance or repairs.

Very dirty. You better use the bathroom at home before you go to this gym they are disgusting. People do not wipe up after themselves (the benches) even when the paper towels and spray are stocked which was rare. Weights are misplaced and left everywhere around the gym. Equipment is old and tearing apart. Sometimes you'll get a "friendly" receptionist but usually they're staring at their phones and the fingerprint readers don't see to work well at this location. AC is leaking..... There are puddles of water throughout the gym and it doesn't look like they plan on fixing it any time soon as it went on for months.

I don't know if this is an issue at other gyms, but a constant problem here is people sitting on the machines using their cell phones. They'll exercise for 2 minutes, then sit there on the machine texting on their phone for 10 minutes, then exercise for another 2 minutes, then sit there hogging the machine for another 10 minutes texting on their phone, etc.

Pros: big gym with 4 squat racks, ample equipment, and large parking lot.
Cons: can be full during peak hours, meaning no squat racks or on-site parking available right after work. TVs only play pop music videos and ads for "fitness products", so noise-blocking earbuds are a must-have to work out here.
Neutral: a few members have many tattoos.

Soooo super sale-sy. Came here for a drop in and the associate pushed to share with us the membership prices for much longer than necessary. Lots of equipment so I'll give them that... But when I tried to bench, the rack heights were essentially impossible for me. It was either too high (couldn't unrack) or too low (bar was right above my face). Def won't be back.

dirty, overcrowded, machines broken and its supposed to be new gym and it's already bad. I recommend to buy the membership at cotsco which is only 650+dollars for two yrs and you don't have to pay initial pay, and no every month headache. I recommend the gym at least burn eucalyptus in the sauna because too many germs in the air. you can get viral viruses from the people and/or from the bleach in the air coming from the pool,hottub and the poor maintenance,don't go around 3pm to 7pm no way to workout to many people, i am looking another gyms because to be honest this one its not convenient. this gym has the poorest AC,heater ever when its summer Wayyyyy to cold, and in the winter no heater at all, so I have to get warm first in the sauna, and then start my cardio; then if im getting cold again come back to the sauna. Management YOU guys JUST DONT GET IT! RIGHT??? DONT HELP AT ALL. improve the freaking gym.

This place although large with every type of equipment you would ever need is dirty. Dusty floors, used towels left on equipment, mats used for stretching are dirty... they need a roving cleaning crew because otherwise a great facility

Very good 24 hour fitness. The dumbbells can use an upgrade. But the facility was great.

The facility is brand new. They have hair dryers in the locker room. But the maintenance is somewhat poor. Broken bikes at the southeast corner of the 2nd floor remained unrepaired or unreplaced for more than a month. The green electronic board was just left outside the panel. Low water pressure in most shower rooms. A huge pile of towels was often left in the locker room. Apparently nobody wanted to deal with them.

Newer facility that is very nice. they have a pool and hottub which is great. parking is hard at peak hours is my only complaint
