Absolutely love this studio. It's unpretentious and welcoming. I love the variety of classes they offer. It's my place to go and completely unwind.. Very thoughtful and clearly empassioned Vinyasa flow with Henry! He allows you the time to seek depth in poses and challenges you to find your edge .... more
