Today was my first time at Beach Cities Yoga and I was extremely happy!! The location was easily accessible, and close to the beach. I loved how the window opens up and allows you to feel like you are outside right on the beach, feeling the wind hit your skin as you practice.... more

Such a great studio with really knowledgeable teachers. You can really sense the community here. I was staying in the area for a week and the Iyengar classes I took were fantastic. Would recommend for both beginner and seasoned Yogis.... more
Excellent instructors. I feel energized and well worked out when I leave. I always do a cryo session afterwards across the street which is perfect. Upper pier ave is becoming Health Ave with the solution drips, source cafe, True North Cryo and Bikram.... more
