Good place overall to workout. I would suggest that the men's bathroom be cleaned more frequently such as toilets, urinals, and floors mopped by urinals especially. The countertops to the sinks usually have excess water on them from people washing their hands, so they could definitely be wiped down and kept dry.
As someone who plays basketball on a regular basis, I have yet to see the gym floor waxed and buffed. I don't see anyone even using a dry mop to remove dust from the gym floor and the floor is slippery as a result. Please consider more care and attention to these areas in the gym.

Truly a great gym! This post is certainly driven by comparison of other 24 hr. Super Sports from the LA area. Are there areas of opportunity? Sure.
Comparatively this gym offers a comfortable experience that other locations cannot offer.

Don't ever have them freeze your account for $10/month. Totally not worth it and I have huge regret allowing sales rep to freeze my account "because my monthly rate is so good".
Totally regret freezing my membership for a whopping 2 years ($240 worth) just to hold it when I can just cancel and re-up through Costco and pay the same $29/month rate. Come to find out they've been charging me $29/month the last two months since the account can no longer be frozen which the rep never bothered to mention...not surprising little fine print from this shady business. Save your mulah and stay away from...

Due to a back injury (validated by doctor's note) I requested to cancel my membership. I have agreed to pay the cancellation fee as I agreed to a 1 year contract. However, I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now. I have followed all the instructions given and jumped through hoops. I have called corporate, visited the facility, spoken with managers but my credit card keeps getting debited month after month.
I keep getting the run-around and it is frustrating. My last hold time when calling corporate was 20 minutes and yet I was not able to connect with anyone. My last resort is to contact my bank, claim fraud debits and close my credit card. What an awful experience.

Like the gym so far, newer machines, it's clean and staff do not ignore you when you come in, which is a nice change from la fitness

This gym has a lot to offer equipment wise, but the administration is not professional. They are too concerned with getting their commission that they neglect integrity. I called about cancelling my membership and they told me it had to be done in person. Upon going in person and asking for a printout of our itemized costs and see on the member agreement policy that a membership can be cancelled by calling any club or in person. I was lied to by two different clubs and will be taking this issue up with corporate.

The staff is loud and overly talkative with each other in the front area, all the guys hog the equipment in groups, and they're constantly blaring loud and inappropriate rap music no matter what time of day. Once my contract is up in 3 months, I will not be back! The quieter, small and professionally staffed 24- hours are much better than this mall of a gym.

Horrible customer service great gym equipment. Redlands area has attitude issues which should be resolved from within and needs to show improvement with respect.

I go here almost every weekday, They have everything require for your workout. I would have given 5 stars if they keep all resistance bands and other small workout accessories.

Its a great gym but management sucks. Manager is careless and inattentive to customers complaints. I've seen some arguments between two patrons about using a machine and the other guy was cursing, name calling and giving the finger but the other man kept quiet and told helpdesk guy who was watching and did nothing nor he called security, that's bullying ! Bet he was a felon or addict! They r everywhere in San Bernardino even in gyms! What if that guy waited him in the parking lot and stabbed him! Some patrons are really disrespectful and don't have manners but that's the way it is !! u have money they sign u up despite what u do towards others or to the gym or what's your background! Some get in jacuzzi with their slippers on, so disgusting !

This is my preferred gym, I've been to multiple locations in and out of California, but this one is my favorite. It's not the one closest to where I live, but this location is more friendly and clean. The trainers are knowledgeable and if you have any questions the staff is willing to help you out best they can.

Would've given this place zero stars if I could I got a gift of a two-year membership a little while back I didn't have to sign my kids up for the kids club ever since then it has been a constant argument with them over my account they continue to terminate my account while still charging my card and then refusing to let me sign my kids in after they've excepted payment until I jump through hoops to try to help them get it fixed regardless to say I wouldn't go here if I were you

Can't understand how a 24 can be a super sport but not offer towel service. Same issue at the sb location, makes no sense. A shame because this is a pretty good gym. Located next to a fitness store, which is actually kinda convenient if you forget something (not that I ever forget things, nah never that).

I go to multiple 24 hour fitness gyms in the inland empire and out of state and this location is the only one that calls me to pick up my child from the daycare. Unfortunately it is the one nearest to home. I don't understand why their daycare doesn't seem as busy as the other gyms.

Great place to workout, very convinient for any schedule, only wish the sauna and steam rooms were open 24/7 and wish there were punching bags

Expensive... And they really try to sell u on it asap... But other than that it's a great place to work out... Also nice indoor basketball court and pool.
