I had never done Pilates before this and
started working with Nina at Body Redefined to improve my core strength, flexibility, balance to help with my weightlifting.
In the process I learned it not only helped with those things but I started feeling more centered all together, the aches of lifting heavy subsided, I was more calm, my mind at peace and even sleeping better.
There are so many incredible benefits from Pilates than just an exercise. I cannot wait to get back in when everything opens again!
