I went today not know what I would need done. But after having my injury examined Louie knew what to do to help make it heal and recover. He was very informative and also gave me stretches that I can do on my own to assist in the healing. Very friendly and made the whole experience very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

The experience at recovery lab is like no other, I feel like I can accomplish more as a competitive athlete. They have tools and equipment available to purchase so that you can use it at home. Oh and the stretching is amazing, definitely part of my training regimen now.

I tried both compression and cryotherapy, it was outstanding. Youh literallyh feel like a whole new person. I strongly encourage you to give it a try. The pics is the biggest downfall ,however.

The normatec compression sleeves are another awesome recovery tool that you can't find many places except at recovery lab. Whether a professional athlete, just recovering from a hard workout, or recovering from a injury this is the place to go.

I use cryo to recover from weightlifting but have also seen great results using it as recovery from everything from a sprain to a sore back or neck from sleeping wrong. I had a great experience at the Recovery Lab in Rancho Cucamonga! I am a high school soccer coach and I have to say that cryo-therapy is the future of physical recovery, it's far more advanced than the typical ice baths, and far more effective! I would recommend this place to athletes of every sport located in the inland empire. The staff is very warm and helpful and the prices are more than reasonable at The Recovery Lab.
I've been going for cryotherapy now for three weeks post-op knee surgery. The first day I went I stopped using my crutches and haven't looked back. I believe the sessions have helped improve my range of motion and reduced the inflammation. I'm glad I have a monthly plan bc I see a difference and feel it has helped me tremendously! Luis is also a super nice guy!!!!
