This is an incredible place! The professor and the coach can run circles around professional educators!.I had zero experience and zero skill but it was not a problem and I learned FAST because they have such skilled instructors!! Brian and Jason are super knowledgeable and make the environment safe and comfortable so you are in no danger and learn so much so fast! so worth it!!.... more

The instructors are all very knowledgeable and the group classes are really great with a good focus on boxing technique and form. The frontdesk people are very friendly. I definitely recomend Knockout Fitness.... more
Great gym staff there are very helpful they are great staff too. Great prices clean place. Definitely would recommend this gym.It is handicap accesible, and everyone minds their own business for the most part, if you have questions either the people there or the employees are happy to help.... more
gim most of the times smell bad they did,t clean enough no and right now air condition not working and is like being in a sauna with this temperatures use to be a good gim but now they are careless don,t do clean up and always smell very bad sweat and pee in the restroom, i ask to replace a bad light in the changing room more then 5 times since 2 months ago and the light bulb still broken hope they get some one to do the fix and cleaning soon.... more
I have a feeling that they will try to close down this gym eventually. It is a little neglected and they close it down from 12-4 in the morning. I think that the corporation wants to get rid of all the active and sport so they can force you into a more expensive membership.... more
Clean and good gym 24hrs.Great gym with alot of space for weight, cardio, and functional training. Very clean as well!.The is a good clean gym with clean clientele. I bought in on a Groupon for a good deal.... more
