I have a feeling that they will try to close down this gym eventually. It is a little neglected and they close it down from 12-4 in the morning. I think that the corporation wants to get rid of all the active and sport so they can force you into a more expensive membership

Charles one of the employees there was extremely rude over the phone. Terrible experience and will definitely stay away from this location because of him.

I love this gym! Lots of really nice equipment, plus a functional training area. The trainers there changed my life. I'm a stage 3 breast cancer survivor, and the trainers helped me not only regain strength, but move pain free. I'm stronger and can lift heavier things better than ever. Don't let negative reviews deter you from checking out this club, and definitely get some training!

I love this gym! Lots of really nice equipment, plus a functional training area. The trainers there changed my life. Facilities are good, have had a few changes in equipment. Majority of employees are friendly. Love to go workout there because is near home. However, Management was embarrassing...just took a friend for a free day trial and the manager wanted to charge my friend!!! Are you serious, LOL... these people know nothing about customer service!!! ... Management should take care of ensuring cleanliness of class floor, etc. Be polite and ensure customers and potential customers are well taken care of, not make them run away...needs improvement

Upset 24 keeps messing up my billing with my plan, 3 times management was supposed to fix my account. So called management fixes it correctly but when I go to other places they deny me and say they're gonna fix it when they figured it out, but they don't. More headache than it's worth pay extra I suggest going somewhere else.

Group X room is ALWAYS dirty. It's a room full of mirrors with hand prints and sweat all over. When doing a plank, dirt and hair got stuck to my arms and hands (I would typically go around 6am before the morning classes, It should have been cleaned overnight). Machines are often broken and go unfixed. I complained about a weight machine for over a YEAR (STILL not fixed, I gave up). I wish it was just cleaned correctly and things were fixed! It's not hard...

The staff is excellent. Some of the equipment is starting to show age & use but well maintained with quick repairs when needed.

I come here at least 5 times a week, Its always clean and the people working there are very nice. It can get packed in the summer but its a gym thats expected.

This 24 Hour Fitness is poorly managed. The club is FILTHY and although many members and even some employees have complained, management is ignoring these complaints and doing nothing to get the club cleaned up. The upstairs workout area is disgusting... when you are working out, you get other people's hair and dirt on you! The music is frequently much too loud and the front desk team is often reluctant to turn it down. And finally, a number of the machines are either broken or have broken parts and have not been repaired for months and months. A number of the cardio machines are unusable and have been in this same state for more then six months.
Overall, this is a very poorly managed club. Do NOT join this 24 Hour Fitness!
