Best gym in the 805
This gym isn't like any other gym out there! They treat you like family here and they value your opinion. Staff is amazing, owners are unbelievably nice & humble, nothing like I've ever experienced before. It's still under construction but their vision is HUGE & I can't wait to see what they have in store for us. Come and check it out, you definitely won't regret it!!

Every time I come into Bsf gym I always have a great experience. Perfect gym to get in what you put in. Staff and members are nice. And music is always on point! Great all around gym.

This gym is for total powerlifters. It's dirty the equipment is Rundown and there are absolutely no women here. I show up to work but it is nice to be able to look at something beautiful. The owners are very nice and give a degree of a personal touch to their business but the price to Value just isn't there when it comes to a gym.
Cool gym, small and can get crowded at times, but not bad. Wish there was access to battle ropes and kettle bells and better cardio equipment, but overall making do and it gets better and better. They do have a few really good machines you can build a workout around and now dumbbells up to 150 lbs.
